How does it work?
Carie Health actively uses a variety technologies for its website including Viewport Meta and IPhone / Mobile Compatible. The platforms have a beautiful, intuitive design that is easy to navigate and use. You can get medical care wherever and whenever you need it in just a few steps.
You can create an account as either a provider, or patient, as your first step.
If you prefer, you can use the geolocation function to reach the closest health provider to you.
After you have selected the health care provider that you want to consult, you will be able to join their Virtual Treatment Room from the patient portal and tell them your reasons for consulting.
The provider will receive a SMS text notification. Their dashboard will show that the patient is still waiting to see them. They will then be able start the virtual consultation.
Providers will be able make notes, track and even prescribe prescriptions through the platform. Patients can download and print prescriptions right from their homes.
